Please read before applying for moving here located by multiple MALE homeless shelters & many of the men are on the sex offenders list!!! -$30 parking fee -Security isnt good -Squatters -Smoke alarm goes off randomly -Spiders & Gnat Problem -Very Loud at night -Trash fee ( not valet trash, a fee to use their trash shoot) -You only can get their Internet/Wi-Fi -Cheap appliances -Small rooms -Cheap pain -Thin walls -$100 late fee after the 2nd -$100 if they card is declined!! -% fee to pay your rent with a card -Elevators are Aways broken -The game room is locked after hours -You have to pay to use the gym

Do NOT live here. Cheaply made, tiny apartment, extremely overpriced, elevators always broken (2 weeks at one point), water heater leaked & damaged our belongings, everything always breaks, paper thin walls, dirty hallways (dog p**p on the floor for several days), fire alarms go off for no reason, etc. etc. etc. You have to pay $30/month/car to park. Terrible experience.

-The elevator are ALWAYS DOWN! Not just One but BOTH.. -You have at pay $30 for parking -They leave your packages in the lobby -You cant use the gaming room, only while staff is there -you have to pay $50 to access the gym (outdated, nasty)
