Douglas Lutz was the man! He was very professional, fair, understanding, and obviously knew what he was doing. I didn't end up buying what I came for but I did drive off the lot with a very reasonably priced used vehicle the same day. Overall great experience, will definitely suggest to friends and family.

We picked up our new 2024 Ford Edge from Skalnek Ford tonight. Our salesman, Justin Trudel, was awesome to work with. He helped me last November to find an Escape lease for my sister. He was very patient with her so when we decided to purchase a new Ford he was my first call. He went above and beyond to find the exact Edge I was looking for. When he couldn't find one in the area he worked out a vehicle trade with a dealer in Indiana. So if you're looking for a patient, fun, no pressure salesman, give Justin Trudell a call.

Personally I would not deal with this dealership. I bought a vehicle through them and paid for the extended warranty. I traded in said vehicle and sent paperwork to them to get reimbursed for the remaining extended warranty and they never corresponded with me nor issued the refund. The dealership sent the paperwork in 3 times and nothing. We also had my husbands 2011 F-150 in there for some repair work before his warranty went out and they never did the repair work that we asked be done but stated they did. Sadly I tell everyone I know not to go there. If I could have gotten away with a negative star rating I would have done so. They want your money but don't want to give it back once they have it, nor do your repairs that are covered under your warranty.
