Spoke to Jesse Lacross once to look at some beach erosion in August at my cottage. I had to cancel an appointment but later tried to re-schedule Lacross Landscaping to look at a sudden fallen tree on my beach property. Attempted to call Jesse for 4 weeks to look at this tree. Tree was very important because it was uprooted and could cause even more damage if not taken care of. I don't live there year round, so I was depending on at least a call back. After 4 weeks, with probably 3 calls per week requesting to call me back, there has not been ONE call back. Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Had this issue been addressed earlier, we might have been able to save the large cedar tree. I finally called a competitor, who called me back in 2 days, and was on site the next day. Could not save the tree. Roots were exposed too long. Shame on me for continuing to wait so long for a response from Lacross Landscaping to resolve this issue. But shame on Lacross Landscaping for ignoring me. So you can see why you will not be getting the landscaping and beach erosion business next Spring. I will also be mentioning this issue to my many beach neighbors.

Lacross Landscaping transplanted mature evergreens for us and we were very happy with their work. Jesse also made recommendations for positioning the trees to make the overall yard appealing and to help screen the road/neighboring houses while preserving our countryside views.
