We purchased a small cabin, in the woods, in Leland and it needed a yard. Matt (owner) was super easy to work with as he shared with us how best to get a lawn in under all our shade trees. The irrigation and seeding went well and the whole crew was very pleasant when they were on-site. Then Matt continued to follow up as the seeding came in, stopping by to make tweaks, overseed and check on progress. FF and our yard is green, weed-free and just what we were hoping for. My last customer comments regarding Spinniken were 5 years ago and nothing has changed since then. They designed, installed, and have maintained my landscape irrigation system for the last 11 years with great expertise and care. I can highly recommend them. There is one unusual aspect of their business as compared to most contractors in this area which is that they answer their phone and actually arrive on time for service calls.
