ELEVATE Leadership & Team Building Academy

Our national sales and operations teams spent an afternoon of training with Mike Van Ryn and the ELEVATE team. The team did a great job of bringing two teams together that generally have different goals and objectives and showed us that we are not all that different! They gave us an opportunity to collectively determine what it takes to be great leaders and great teams. Of course the afternoon of riding the side by sides was EPIC and gave us an opportunity to interact with individuals from the teams and (maybe) a bit vulnerable with them. From the planning of the training to the wrap of the notes from the day ELEVATE did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them.

Our NAI Wisinski of West Michigan team had an awesome experience with Elevate Leadership & Teambuilding Academy! Mike and his team did a fantastic job! It was a great blend of team building and sales training and good old fun on the side-by-sides. A great day away to focus on our team and sharpen our skills.

Best team building program out there right now, in my opinion!! Nothing but good things to say about Mike Van Ryn and his team!! I've been to so many team building seminars etc, and no offense to any of those other programs, but this the first one I've attended that was fully engaging. I left that 2 day program feeling motivated and positive about returning to work and implementing the team building skills I learned there. The side by sides were amazing, such a great time. Highly recommended to any company looking for an effective team building experience. Team Elevate Rocks!!

Spent a day with our sales team at ELEVATE. Awesome experience for our entire crew. Mike and his team did a great job leading us through the morning discussion and activities. The afternoon was memorable on the side by sides. The day was well worth our time and money. Highly recommend ELEVATE Leadership & Team Building Academy.
