Rose City Family Practice

When their Doctor loses his license it voids all patient prescriptions and they are rude when you​ call to see if the other doctor at their practice that still has a license can call it through. They might need some training in customer service.

The people there that answer the phones are very rude. Was looking for a new doctor and that lady was very rude about it.

Dr. Robertson took his time to get to know my needs, and treated my issue promptly. I am so happy I found him and Rose City Family Practice. He chatted with me like a real human, and didn't make me feel rushed during my appointment. The office staff were friendly and made it easy to schedule (and later reschedule) my appointments.

My family and I have had nothing but problems with Dr. Miksell and his staff. We are usually patients of Dr. Dewitts who is an amazing, kind, and helpful dr. When I went in to see dr. Miksell about my anxiety and inability to sleep I felt he was treating me as if I was just coming in to get drugs. He didn’t listen to anything I said, prescribed me some medication that didn’t work and sent me on my way. Also when my parents have had appointments, they fail to inform them that the dr isn’t in. They don’t do their jobs, so they lie about calling and blame it on the patient. Honestly, I feel this Dr. probably does more harm then good. Thank God I could get into another Dr. anxiety and depression is nothing to mess around with and it’s unfortunate that he does not take that more seriously.
