Henry Ford Podiatry - Jackson

First of all they don’t answer their phone. second of all there’s no directions on the outside saying that you’re at a podiatrist and x-ray place no signs whatsoever on the outside . The staff was arrogant and so was the doctor . I honestly felt horrible after I left that place the doctor made me feel like I was stupid .

All during the pandemic I have wore my gaiter mask to doctor appointments, the emergency room, and Henry Ford podiatry appointments. Now since the restrictions have been lifted and that we don't have to wear a mask anymore they won't see me because of my gaiter mask. The are more concerned about what mask you wear then your feet. My appointment was cancelled so I called another foot doctor and they don't care what kind of mask I wear they are more concerned about my feet. Henry Ford does not care about their Patience they are more concerned about what kind of mask you are wearing.

Friendly and professional clerical and clinical staff. Dr. Brannick is so knowledgeable, he knew right away exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. Very impressed with my experience with this office.
