Absolutely horrible customer service when calling. 2 different times, 2 different people and neither one had a clue what they were talking about or what was going on. Shame...used to be a good place...guess it's time to look around.

This place is awesome! The doctor was very thorough and explained things so that I actually understood my vision and my prescription. The techs at the desk were both super helpful and personable. The gentleman has a great sense of humor and the ability to connect with customers; I wish I could remember his name right now! Danielle gets a big part on the back. She was extremely helpful in getting my glasses properly fitted. It was busy while I was there and I watched her juggle other things while she helped me. I think she has octopus arms under her lab coat. :)

Every one here has been very kind as far as customer service, but as far as the business aspect I don't think I will be returning. I purchased a pair of Flexon's,I knew what power glasses I needed to do what I need to do in my daily activities, I told the doctor multiple times during the exam and was wrote a prescription that was to weak as I already knew. Days later I was given a call that I needed to be seen again to be evaluated but they said the doctor was not responding, in frustration that It would take more of my time to do this I just just said I would keep them, my mistake I should of just asked for my money back on day one it was more of a hassle than I thought it was going to be . Now I have a pair of $400.00 glasses minus the $100.00 I paid for the exam that are useless to me, I tried to make them work and was unable to my job because I couldn't even see. And when I picked them up I received them in a cheap Rx optical case instead of the designer flexon case that should have come with them for that kind of money. Now a month later I am still going to attempt to get the glasses I need. I should of keep my money and continued to use both the $10.00 readers that have worked perfect for me for several years. The only reason I purchased them in the first place is to eliminate carrying two pairs of glasses , and with the flexons I still have to take them off and put on another pair just to see three to four feet away. Like I said the staff is very kind and helpful, but this is my job and activities that suffer and have gotten me pretty frustrated....I hope I can get this resolved without costing me much more of my time.

Douglas Miller I had to make a appointment, but Anna was great. The phone was ringing constantly. She was focused on getting me taken care of. I told to answer the phone I’m okay. She worked hard trying to find what I needed do to my prescription. Your vision is worth paying for. Thanks Anna and RX Optical

The safety protocol they have implemented is impressive during COVID. My appointment with Vivian and Cianna was wonderful. Thank you for all you do.
