Pricing is high and different from what is submitted to insurance and what the customer is charged, they explain that it is just listed different on different billing but the totals do not add up the same, customer billing shows around $100 more on bill. , beside the billing and co-pay issues the frames they stock are not very good quality compared to other businesses with the same or lower pricing, but they charge as if they were. When your total bill is over $500.00 - Insurance is billed just over $400.00,

Ok so I have been calling the Jackson office since friday the 24th of Feb trying to get a fax sent to the ft Wayne store well after several attempts that day I continued again on Monday and Tuesday in total I have made several calls between the stores and still can't get the requested fax to the fort wayne office and i have done all the leg work.. So I don't see how Dam hard it is to send a couple peices of paper threw a fax finally i asked for them to just mail said information so we will see if thay even happens ... Not a happy customer at all.. poor service on their part

Staff was friendly, wait was short and the Dr. was nice, thorough and efficient. The option of the vision club was much appreciated
