This credit union has become the worst I have see they dont answer the phone you cant get help at the drive thru office is supposed to open at 9am and does not Parnell rd is a waste of property should of build a fast food place or anything other than a credit union

Went online and started a new account. Had to go to branch and show my ID and transfer funds into account. I filled out all the forms online with correct information. They said they were unable to open the account for some reason and needed all the information again. I have already wasted over an hour to just open this account. Save your time go anywhere else.

I have my auto loan through them and everytime I have to pay it cost me an extra 10$ to do it online also their late fee was 20$ for .54$ Go somewhere else if you wanna save money.

They are like not like family they lied to me they didn't call me and ask if I had car insurance on my car I have a car loan with them so they went and put car insurance on I called them about it I told them I had car insurance so they told me that I have to pay them back don't trust them they are liars don't trust them they will try to get more money out of you if you let them and don't get a loan with them either I hate liars
