      image Initially we had communication difficulties obtaining an Auto loan, as I was unable to contact your agent directly. I had to go through a series of questions, transfers and leave a message aeveral times.
      Which took over 3 hours and I had previously been pre- qualified.
      Finally, another associate was assigned and she and I resolved the issues over those seversl hours.
      Ultimately, he was quite helpful and I was satisfied with the loan terms and rate.
