Able to buy and setup delivery of washer dryer combo with service provider at home depot without any hassles. Loved it so much that I will be ordering more!

The 3rd party sales team that they used was down right terrible. I went with Home Depot because they promised next day service. The contractor came a 1 1/2 days after they said they would be there. The salesman also told me he was confident that my water heater needed to be a certain height. Because of his lack of knowledge and impatience it cost an $600 do refit the pipes around the water heater to fit the new, taller system. Very disappointed. I will not be using Home Depot Service ever again. Service: Installation

I would like to thank the gentleman who helped me at the service desk. I was purchasing 12-3 wiring and had been quoted a price at home depot that was much less than the actual price. I had also priced the same wiring at Menard's which was $165.00, $30.00 less than Home Depot. I asked the gentleman if he could price match he told me he could but when he looked it up he said it was $ 191.00. So instead of calling the store he basically said he would only give it to me for the $ 191.00. So I left and went to Menard's where I was able to purchase the product for $158.00 and I get 11% back to spend. In total I spent $345.00.Thank you for not taking care of me Home Depot. Not only did you lose a large sale, you lost a loyal customer and Menard's has gained one. And I will be sure to tell my story to everyone I know
