They are the only good experience I have had with a property management company in this area. Friendly and helpful. Had an issue last week and a repairman was at our door in a few hours. The fee they charge to pay rent with your debit card online is extremely high and doesn't make sense.

We've been renting from NCDG Builders for a few months now and have not had any issues! The agent who helped us find the place was and still has been extremely friendly in every aspect. Maintenance is always on top of everything, even for the smallest of issues. Thank you for everything
