I've worked directly with Willis & Jurasek and have found the group to be very professional and hard-working. When new speed bumps arise, they have been quick to find solutions. I've had a very positive experience.

It's unfortunate, that I have to be the first to write regarding recommending this firm to others, but in all clear conscience, I cannot.  Started out with one of their employees in building a working relationship, via email, phone calls and a couple of office visits back in Dec. 2020 and January 2021 in regards to their firm taking over and beginning the audits for our township, of which I am a trustee and needed to know why we haven't been able to meet qualifying statements with the State of Michigan for the past 3 years.  Made arrangements to meet at our township office the morning of May 25, 2021 when they were going to begin the spring audit, but the township clerk barred me from entry, made a big scene, called the police and finally the townships' code enforcement officer, to remove me from the property!  I filed a grievance with the State Attorney General's Office, and since then, have attempted to contact the auditor with Wills & Jurasek to determine if the audit was done as promised by the end of July, whether we would be having a qualifying statement or not and the exact reason as to why she would no longer return my phone calls, my emails or my in person contacts at their office in regards to these questions.  So no, I can't recommend them for their unprofessional attitude in regards to communication.
