I stayed here March 12th thru March 14th. The hotel staff is to be commended. Upon arrival, they made sure I knew about different restaurants and other places of interest. After mt stay, I realized I forgot an item. The staff immediately skipped my forgotten item back ASAP and called to let me know that it was on the way. I cannot stress enough that customer service is a priority at this location. I highly recommend.

Staff was nice ,food was ok.but my room not ok We had blood on ceiling,stain on sheets,tub didn't drain,hair on sheet,and it was freezing in the room ,the heat was hot and cold .no hot tub.just small pool but it's heated.

As the owner of Engman's Haven House in Kingsford I try to support local businesses whenever possible. We recently had some family in town and they needed a place to stay. We sent them here and their experience wasn't as good as I expected to be. From what they told me, they had a bit of a run down room, the bathroom was a little more dirty than they expected, and the pool seemed to have WAY too much chlorine, made swimming not so much fun. The service was ok, but they seemed to not be able to respond to requests as quickly as they'd like. Also, for the money they paid, they definitely didn't like what they got in terms of room and service. Next time I'll recommend some other place.
