Great place to stay! Front desk staff were friendly, fast and efficient. Check in process was quick and simple. We stayed in a pet friendly room and I was amazed by how nice and clean it was. The king size bed was comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Iron Mountain!

Great place, nice rooms, good breakfast, and spa area, BUT... you need to get different kleenex tissues. Yours feels like thin, rough paper towel!

Hotel lacked variety, especially healthy, of breakfast items. At would have beneficial to get discount when getting food from Culvers which was at bottom of driveway from hotel. For the room I was not advised of bathroom tub drain being clogged. Food & drinks: There is Culvers down below driveway from hotel. It would have been nice to get some discount.

Some rooms are remodeled. Staff was a bit rude and were constantly in us about the teens even though they were being respectful and in bed by 10pm. Beer from another party was brought in to the pool area which was not as much of a concern as our teens swimming and playing with a water ball. Then they messed up the bill and the answer was sorry it was not put in right.
