Tried to order new service and I could never get an actual answer, for instance the day before they were supposed to deliver new tank and fill she couldn't tell me what size they were bringing literally had no idea what they were doing so I called a different office and recorded the phone conversation and I'm sure glad I did 2 different stories in 2 day won't be doing any service with them in the future

This company is not reliable nor do they provide accurate information about the services they provide. My husband tried to contact them about enrolling in their budget pay program after we purchased a home with their tank installed. Here are some excuses he was given- First Try- "Sorry, you must purchase one full tank before you can enroll" Ok, no big deal. That's standard. Second Try- "Sorry we do not have enough data to properly estimate your usage." Bought another fill. After the fill, was told "we have calculated your usage, you use approx -x percent- per day." Inferring we were eligible on next fill. Third Try- "You can't enroll until May!" Had they been up front about the fact we could not enroll until a specific month, we would NOT have remained with this company. Every other company we have enrolled with has allowed us to pro-rate escrow into their billing cycle. We tried enrolling in April/May of LAST YEAR. Now let's bring us to the "Smart Meter Enrollment." The first two fills we purchased my husband had asked to enroll in Smart Meter. We have a baby and a busy life which makes physically checking the propane level tricky. He was told twice, before each purchase, that was not offered by this company and "we have no idea what you are talking about." I pulled out the brochure the company sent to use and directly showed him where it said Smart Meter was available. Supposedly we are getting one on this next fill, which brings me to the next issue. They were contacted over 1 week ago now for a fill. My husband contacted them at the 1 week mark trying to check when they would be out. He received an excuse of the trucks being broken down for an extended period. After some further conversation, he worked it out of the representative that the trucks were only down for 1 day, the day he called. I hate to be a "Karen" and am the type to never complain but this company has done nothing but provide us with issue after issue.
