        Go anywhere else. They say it'll be 5-10 days, then 3 weeks later they're still nowhere to be found to fill your tank. They refuse to give you any reason to why they haven't been out and apparently don't let you speak with management either. Shock. Literally go with any other business then this place. Awful.

        Discontinued service fall of 2023. Was contacted to come pick up tank. Excuse was they dont pick tanks up in the winter. And it would be at least 3 weeks before they could schedule a pick up. Really?!!

        Sent a check to pay my balance several weeks ago, never saw money come out of the bank. Called today to check on the status of the payment and was told my check was returned with "unable to process" from the bank and now I was responsible for a $25 fee in addition to my payment. After struggling to get them to fill my tank initially (several weeks wait, no communication, had to follow up to see if and when it would be filled), I am severely disappointed and recommend you go with another company to fill your propane tank.

        They snuck onto the property I live on and took the regulator off my tank today while I was gone. Now I have no heat for the night. All because they refused to setup an account for me because my landlord owes them money.

      Thanks for placing your order with us. Unfortunately, it is often very difficult for us to offer same-day service. We are certainly working to get your delivery scheduled as soon as possible. We ask that customers order gas between 20% and 30% so that we have enough time to route the customer before their tank is out of gas. We strive to make sure that every one of our customers has an adequate supply of propane.
