        Price, and space were fine, but owner &maintenance were aware the building was roach infested, was not upfront prior to move in & did nothing about it through my year lease. My mailbox was so damaged that anyone could reach in to take my mail, again never fixed. Of everywhere I've rented, this was the worst experience. Would recommend looking elsewhere.
