        I checked out some apartments last week with a lady named Kadrica! She was super sweet and knows a lot about the property!

        Fixtures were chinzy. The AC frequently went out. Non-stop road noise from the Amazon facility. The rent started pretty reasonable but went up every year as the services got worse.
