Not great, but not the worst. The agent I worked with was very knowledgeable. Just be careful if they are representing the sellers -- some of their sellers are sketch, will steal your inspection report and then shut down your deal. Notice how some of their listings have been on the market for a year plus, there is a reason for this. In my experience, I would walk across Kercheval to @properties by Christies Intl. In fact, don't walk - run.

I cannot say enough good things about this agency. Their attention to detail is unmatched. Specifically, Melissa Singh is an incredibly gifted agent. Ive worked with her on both the selling and buying end and she is absolutely amazing. She is quickly able to understand your goals and vision and create a game plan to make it happen. She takes it personal- in the absolute best way possible and will treat you like family! Legitimately the total package and Im so grateful to have met her and to have had her advocating for me.

Melissa Singh was my realtor on the sale of my condo. When we first came to her she was able to provide great market analysis when deciding on the pricing of the home.
