When I bought my first house I had no idea what I was doing. I probably still don't, but Jay was extremely patient with me and helped guide me through the entire process. He was always on time for viewings and extremely responsive via text and phone call. I am extremely happy with the house I am in because of all of Jay's help. I will definitely be going through Lambrecht Realty for my next house as well.

Jay and his staff were very good to work in the selling process! Despite being out of state a majority of the time, they were very helpful via email or phone/text. They also took time to meet with us on site to cover any additional things needed to be done on property. Very good to deal with.
