Very knowledgeable, to the point the man I was speaking was basically able to diagnose my issue over the phone. He gave me lots of helpful insights to both help my issue with my Buick Lacrosse, and to help reassure me that my transmission likely won't fail anytime soon. I highly recommend this service! My faith in humanity has been renewed. My college age twins were traveling from Charlevoix Michigan to Cleveland Ohio and a "hot trans fluid" light popped on in their car and it was stuttering and jerking. I called Will at Ideal Transmission and asked if my daughters could stop in to have him check the car and make sure they were safe. Without hesitation, he said absolutely. When the girls stopped, he dropped everything and immediately took care of them. In the process, he told them what to look for as they continue driving, how to handle the car if anything goes wrong, and gave them a brief lesson on transmissions and the importance of checking and taking care of the fluids. I am so very very grateful to Will for his kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help in a situation where no family or friends were nearby to assist. I am so grateful for you Will!
