As a woman its quite intimating to go to a mechanic. But Grayling Care Care completely eliminated my concerns. I took my vehicle in for a brake check (38,000 miles) as I heard a sound that made me believe I may need brakes. From the time I arrived staff was friendly and helpful. After almost an hour of checking brakes front and rear, fluids, I was told my car was in excellent condition and did not need a thing. It was just sand. They rotated my tires and charged me $15. For the entire time. I felt guilty and offered to pay more for their time but they refused. Such a good experience! Thank you Grayling Car Care, I will tell all my friends and family.

I didn't went, but I called because most possible I had to go, be towed to there, and they respond pretty fast the phone and help me with all questions and the principal one that was, in case I need to be tow there, because the place it's closed weekends, is no problem the vehicle arrives there after hours? And they were very happy to help.

Highly recommended! Ray was great and very thorough with explaining the problem and fixing. Took pictures of the problems and even showed me the defective parts. We will be lifetime customers for sure! Thanks again Grayling Auto Care!
