Grand Mark lodging

First of all this place is conveniently located in the middle of Grand rapids right off of 28th Street if you're a doordasher it's a great place to dash from if you need a place to stay I have lived here for 2 years and the people that run this place are very warm-hearted very good people they keep a clean professional establishment and they are very very attentive to their guests as I said I've been here for two years and they have been nothing but helpful to me and their rooms are great I really can say nothing but the best for these people

I been staying here about 3 months not only does grandmark have the best prices the management is wonderful easy to deal with and very patient the rooms are cleaned Thoroughly everyday and the residents are quiet and stay to them selfs there plenty of local stores n restaurants near by to satisfy daily need this place has been a real life saver for me Thanks Grandmark team Safety: Lights and cameras throughout the whole hotel Walkability: The stores are literally all right there easy to get to from here

Rooms are great, very clean. Never seen any bugs and love the updates they have been doing to the rooms. Very friendly owners and jump right away when something isn't working right. Room has a microwave, fridge and air conditioner. Much better then others I have stayed at.

Been here for 5 years never had an issues with anyone, the owner are very nice and hard working, I like all the changes made to make it more nicer and conformable... they fix thing when reported.
