        I originally called Jonathon about some damage from the previous owner, sending him photos and a description at his request. He gave me a very fair estimate over the course of subsequent emails and offered to come by and provide a visual confirmation and estimate on it. He was very polite and courteous, even transparent about all of his estimations and he was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond for a first time customer and I'm very grateful for that! Jonathon, you rock! I appreciate all of your help and advice and I'm sure we'll be doing business in the future.
