Recently built a home with the Snowden team. They are great people to work with and very attentive to the needs of their clients. Any questions or concern we had were promptly addressed. We started the building process out of state, so it was very important to us to have great communication and Snowden's team made the process as smooth as possible. They also use quality building materials that will last. My husband and I are very happy with our beautiful home!

I wish I could give Bob and his team more than 5 stars! They are so much more than just a construction company to me. So far they have helped me buy land, sell my house and completed the process of designing my dream home. Unfortunately, I had a pretty horrific situation occur that prevented me from breaking ground but not once did they make me feel like a nuisance. Instead they treated me with kindness and offered to help in anyway possible. I know my situation is unique but its comforting to know there are still companies out there who treat their clients like human beings and not just a dollar amount. If you are interested in finding a builder who has a great team, great communication and a great relationship with their partners than look no further. You wont be disappointed, I certainly wasnt!
