Amber was wonderful. The screen door is fabulous, but the service was not. The 2 men left before I saw the final installation. There was a big dent near the door opening. I called and left a message for Tom and he didnt return my call. I called again and he said he couldnt see any problem from the photos the men took. Their photos were from the inside of the garage with the sunlight from outside. Everything looked dark from that exposure. Then he told me he would have Jimmy call. I waited for 3 days and called again. Amber answered and said Tom had ordered the new part on Friday. When the men came back they asked my husband what happened?. He said You tell me. My wife noticed the dent and you guys were just leaving the driveway. The told my husband that they preferred that he didnt watch them work. Of course, I wont be referring other people to this company. Three other couples are interested but wont be ordering from your company, because of the treatment we received.

West Michigan Garage Interiors did a wonderful job in a garage that needed a floor. Their staff was very helpful and the communication was great! I highly recommend!
