        I had spoken with the business owners and was led to believe after talking to both of them they'd work with me to make the deal happen for a vehicle we were interested in. When it came down to actually making a deal it became very rigid and unreasonable on negotiating asking for full+ asking price. Our very valid questions on the vehicle were also dodged and met with frustration and rudeness on their end when we had every right to know all the facts before making a big purchase like this. I was hopeful at 1st, but this experience has made me not interested in buying from this dealer, so owners think about your words when dealing with potential buyers to avoid being misleading so you don't steer away more future buyers.

      Kirk this is untrue. And not an accurate portrait of our business model nor how you were treated . You test drove the car , your concerns the entire time was the cruise control and the tires and the cosmetic wear on the steering wheel. All your issues were addressed and you bought the car , AS IS , knowing that it was a salvage title car, we had 4 Malibu’s to choose from. You were more concerned about cosmetics and price and you bought the vehicle you felt was best for you. The car runs great. We replaced the tires , and addressed the cosmetic issues we promised we would. Since then you’ve said the engine knocks, the trans is leaking, and you’ve threatened to take us to court and on top of that spreading lies that the car didn’t have an airbag in it. We have all the old parts and can prove all that is untrue and your signature on several legal documents giving you no right to succeed at any court case . You bought a car for $2500 less than retail because it wasn’t a perfect car, but sure enough runs fine according to your standards when you test drove it . Long story short, sorry you feel this way. We will try our best to accommodate any further requests or needs . In the mean time enjoy the savings you received on your car and thank you for the business .
