Called service department to obtain parts and labor price for a coolant Y pipe replacement on my Jaguar F-type. Service center representative would not offer pricing for this fairly common Jaguar repair. This is concerning as all other shops contacted have gladly offered pricing over the phone. For a luxury brand service dept, there's much to be desired. Also, I left a voice-mail message week ago with my inquiry and a return follow-up call had yet to be placed. Poor followup and unwilling to share pricing for fairly straight forward repairs/inquiries.

Brett was our salesperson, and along with the financing professional, did an outstanding job. What is so captivating about Brett is that he is full of enthusiasm for the brand, and this is apparent from the wealth of knowledge that he possesses regarding every single aspect of our car. We were looking to upgrade from an older EV, and we could not have selected a better place for our purchase.

Service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. They got my car in and pretty quickly, faster than I had expected. Reasonable pricing.
