Basement Trust Remodeling

I just call in and the officer is very rude, asked all my personal information then said we will contact when we are available, its wasting my time to give all my information without setup a date for appointment and she answered she doesnt know how long i have to wait forever and depend on their time. Sounds like this business has such a bad services and untrained officer on phone.

The best thing about Basement Trust is that they follow through with everything they say. All the allowances ended up being on target, they got the job done actually sooner than expected which never happens. I love that they only do basements. They actually helped me find ways to save money too. If youre in Grand Rapids and need your basement finished I would recommend them. Service: Remodeling

Had our main basement room temodeled with Basement Trust. Brian was great to work with during what could have been a very stressful time. He made the experience overall very positive. We didn't feel taken advantage of or rushed into anything. The end look and feel of the remodel has been great, and we are really enjoying our new basement!
