Dan has been the ultimate professional every time our family buys or sells a home with him. Here are a few things that set Dan apart from other realtors. #1. His knowledge of the Real Estate market. He truly understands it because he has been doing it for so long in this area. He is not simply googling facts to throw at you. He gets it. He does lots of leg work on comps and pricing. You will never go out on a showing empty handed. #2. His knowledge of construction. In my opinion this is the most under appreciated asset when it comes to finding a good realtor. There is no BS with Dan, he will tell it like it is when it comes to the construction of a home. He will always point out any flaws he sees. Most of the time he can give you a rough estimate on what that repair will cost as well. He is not there just to sell you, he really wants you to make a smart investment. He wants you to be just as happy when you sell your home 20 years later as you were the day you bought it. He also has many great connections in the construction industry if you do need a second opinion on something or if you need something fixed on your new home. #3. His work ethic. No one will work harder for you. I love working with someone who has hustle and truly is willing to go above and beyond. #4. When it comes time to negotiate , when your up against a deadline or an unexpected issue arises there is NO ONE you would rather have in your corner. He simply gets it done. He will fight for you. I could not more highly recommend Dan. I work in a sales industry currently and a lot of how I approach customer service I have learned from working with Dan. If you are thinking of buying or selling your home you would be CRAZY to not reach out to him. Thanks for everything you have done for my family. I very highly recommend Dan Otten! He gave us great advice and was diligent in helping us find the perfect house. He also helped us get more for the sale of our house than we expected. He is kind, patient, and professional!
