Absolute waste of money. We moved into our 'model' home in March. First thing I've noticed is the absolute shoddy workmanship. We asked for draws to be fixed and some paint touch up before we moved in and nothing; no effort was made to correct anything. Recessed feature in our celling has non-parallel edges meaning that the trusses were not installed correctly, and the drywall was just slapped over the trusses causing a bow in the ceiling. Caulk on the carpets, Paint drips on the carpet, no utility sink in the basement or garage, barely sufficient heating system, ultra cheap fixtures and fittings that were not even screwed into the walls, non-matching screws used in the same fixture, house was never cleaned before handing to us, covered in dust and building residue. Deck is a joke. Small and rubbish materials. Walk down the stairs and you will have a handful of splinters. Cheap garbage. The fridge ice maker was covered in black Mould! The sales lady who used this as her office had a bag of store purchased ice to use as she knew the ice maker was covered in Mould but did they clean it before handing the house to us? OfCourse not. That there is a major health hazard. Now I'm sure I'm going to get some bull@#$t reply from the builders about how they tried to contact us and can they stop by to see the issues, but TBH they get by selling expensive pieces of garbage and hell with the customers; take their money and run. Also, we reached out to them before moving in and they did nothing. Once they have your money, you mean nothing and they don't give a damn. I would absolutely not recommend anyone to purchase a home from Eastbrook, unless you want to throw your money away. We can't wait to sell this dump and move on. What a mistake.

Trevor and Caden made the whole process flawless. We ran into very minor bumps and they were handled very quickly. They answered all of our questions and were very prompt. I would give them and eastbrook a 10/10. Eastbrook homes is very lucky to have Trevor and Caden!

Our experience with Eastbrook Homes exceeded our expectations. From the first meeting discussing our needs and budget to the final walkthrough, we felt well taken care of. The entire team was communicative, accommodating and helped us create a home we will raise our family in (and did so ahead of schedule!). Id recommend them to anyone looking to build in Michigan.

For people who are looking to build a home, I would recommend Eastbrook homes. My wife and I valued their transparent pricing. We had a very good experience throughout the build and are happy with our home. The sales team (Natalie and Bruce) was helpful and responsive. The project manager (Caden) was knowledgeable and good communicator.
