Dave was an OUTSTANDING guide through the process of shopping for and purchasing my first home. He showed me a variety of houses and was very insightful about the strengths and weaknesses of each property. Dave raised valuable questions and shrewdly advised me through the negotiation process with the sellers. He also connected me with multiple mortgage lenders so I could shop around, as well as vendors for the inspection and home repair/improvement needs. Throughout the process, Dave was attentive and responsive with texts, emails, and phone calls, which led to the purchase of my dream home! David has now helped us buy two houses and sell one and it has been nothing but a fantastic experience! David is patient and knowledgeable. We always have 1000 questions and he's so willing to take us through the process. Even in this insane market everything felt easy and seamless. We had a bit of a bidding war on our hands for the new house and David negotiated with them incredibly and now we get to live in the house of our dreams! Could not recommend him more!
