Travis is a very caring and compassionate realtor.. He was very good at listening and suggesting different avenues when I came up against a block.. He also listens to his clients , not just telling them what he thinks they want..I was a up north client and had a realtor up here and they both would work well together so that in turned made it a much easier buying and selling process.. Jake Peterson of Regal Home Group helped me sell my house in just 4 days! He was incredibly professional and made selling a home a breeze! He hired a professional photographer to take high quality photos of our house and because of those photos we had a showing request only 5 minutes after the home was listed on the MLS! Jake had endless resources available as we needed some minor plumbing and electric work done per the inspection report. Jake had a plumber and electrician at our house within hours to make those repairs. Jake was there for us from start to close. Jake then assisted me in purchasing a new home. He made doing so effortless as his knowledge of the entire home buying process gave me the peace of mind in knowing that we were choosing the right home.
