        Called and got setup with a weekend virtual appointment. Gave them my insurance and payment info and got things good to go. Day of the first session, first thing they did was introduce themselves then ask how to I was going to pay. Sure felt good that they cared more about payment than even getting my name.

        I scheduled my first appointment with them, and it was canceled due to illness. I respect that, that didn't bother me. They said "let's reschedule for this time next week." I took that as....come back this time next week. No appointment was actually scheduled. So then, I tried again and rescheduled, I was in the zoom waiting room for 10 minutes and nobody showed up. I called the office and they said this visit was canceled and gave no reason. I never received cancelation notice either. I got the zoom link an hour before that. I can't tell you the quality of the services, because I never got that far. Not without trying. I'm so disappointed I wasted 3 weeks trying to speak with someone for this outcome.
