Jeff was the loan officer of my mortage. From day 1 he was always helpful and super clear. When the bidding came he was next to our realtor agent and helped us to run quick numbers to outbid the others.
Jeff and Erica did a lot of hand holding during the loan approval and closing.

I stopped into the bank after I got out of work to make a deposit. Shortly after making the deposit the kind teller asked me if I needed anything else. Aha! I did need something; I was paying outlandish payments on credit card debt, and I only had a loan out of my home for about 15% of the value. The kind teller, even though it appeared that all the loan officers were either out or occupied, somehow managed to fit me in with Jeff Timmer. Just a few moments later Jeff had pulled my credit report and found the right loan for me at a great rate. Right to the point and felt very transparent. I really liked it when Jeff was on his computer, he had it turned towards me so I could see all the details he was seeing. Several weeks later my mortgage was approved and now my credit card debt is paid off. His team at LMCU (Erica and Elizabeth) were very thorough, patient and kind. Like a warm voice on a cold night. My monthly payments are significantly less than they were, and it is well worth the cost of the loan. Thank you to the team at LMCU and the culture that you are a part of. I will be putting the good word to friends and family.
