Network180

I like network 180 everyone's very nice and friendly but the guy Ian always says network 180 Ian speaking. Was very snarky and rude gave me additude and a very negitive tone when i tried to ask to be transfered to scheduling I didn't know it wasn't open today the site said network 180 open that's all I could find. It's whatever though I simply said thank you then goodbye still not professional to talk that way to someone over the phone representing a business sir you need better customer handling service.

I have been here twice in the past two days because I have plans to commit suicide. They helped me two weeks ago to be inpatient, but are now saying they cant help because I go to school in Saginaw and therefor am a resident there. I have been in Saginaw for two months, however my insurance and ID states I live in Grand Rapids. I showed network 180 my cuts from self harm and told them my plans to commit suicide. They were smirking and blatantly told me they could not help. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I or someone else chooses to commit suicide, it will be blood on YOUR hands.

This agency is not only incompetent with providing legal health services, that they are funded to provide, they are discriminatory towards people who use drugs. their staff are not adequately trained in the survices they provide, and deny people health care, which is illegal for those with mental health and substance use disorder. The staff are murderers, negligent of patients who seek emergency treatment for mental health and suicide. If you have SUD on your record, be prepared to die from their negligent stigmatizing uneducated staff. There should be external investigations on all these incidents, not only should providers lose their liscence, this agency should be terminated from receiving any federal funding. There should have been several law suits on them for denial of civil and human rights, and wrongful deaths. COVER UP. Most degrading facility I have ever been to, still cant function from the psychological torture they inflicted on me. I almost died from illegal practices at this agency!!!!!
