This was my first experience with therapy, and I was nervous and hesitant to go. I went for approximately 4-5 hour-long sessions with Barb and felt she was nice enough to continue on with. However, on the last session I went to, she said hello to me by the completely wrong name, not even close to mine. Someone that I've shared the most personal details of my life with! I understand we're all human, but she had my paperwork sitting right there on the desk. I didn't think it was professional. I stopped going - expecting a call to ask if everything was okay since I did sign a form allowing them to do so, and never heard from them again.
