Went there for a prenatal genetic testing. The woman managing the practice was friendly and quick in getting things ready for the test. There was no waiting time, as I was the only patient. Only downside for me was that, coming from Santa Clarita, it was a long drive to get there.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered. You call, but you could never get a hold of anyone, and when you leave a message, no one calls you back. No doctor's office should use this lab.

Horrible customer Service. Both my husband and I have been trying to speak to a supervisor for 6 buisness days. Countless voicemails have been left and we cannot get managment to call us back. It took 10 months to recieve a bill. Then in a 2 month span I recieved 9 calls and text messages regarding my bill along with several phone calls and paper statements. The day my payment was recieved, after being threatened to be turned over to collections if I did not make a payment in full, I got a letter in the mail stating if I paid in full I would recieve a 35% discount... are you kidding me?!?!? Also my account is still showing as unpaid! My check was cashed! I am an very Unhapppy customer! This is absolutely Ridiculous!!!
