        Andrew was great! He diagnosed the problem efficiently and even showed me where in my furnace a cable had shorted. Although it took a while for him to get the new parts, their office communicated with me and kept me posted the whole time. Will def be using in the future

        Great experience with GRmetro installing a new furnace for us! Dwight and David really went above and beyond and were more than helpful. They answered any questions that we had and explained everything very clearly, along with very thorough follow ups. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again if anything else arises in the future!
