        I requested a service tech come out to fix/repair our rooftop unit. He came out in good time, once they did what they could which was not much. I wanted him to come back next day to leak check the unit, which he agreed to. I Never saw him or another tech again. I Got the run around for 4 weeks to end up going to another company which is replacing my $14k unit. Their loss I guess. I would go with another company from the start if I could.
