        John came to help me because i thought i smelled something burning when i turned my furnace on. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, understanding and made me feel comfortable that things were ok after he checked it all out. Great service, friendly, and efficient.

        Conner... very kind, polite and professional. He was sympathetic to our bad news Very upset that there are no records from the company that installed it. Grands did not help because they didn't get records from Stegma's. NOT our fault.
