The house got a really nice exterior update and its much warmer inside now. I appreciate Michaels empathy and willingness to help when I called and said the house I just bought is freezing because its loosing heat.

What a wonderful experience working with Michael and his team! They worked with us from design to finish and our project was completed is less time than we expected. These are the best group of guys to have in your home for an extended project. And their finish work is high quality and beautiful !

Installer did a great job! Was thorough, professional, very skilled and kept me abreast of what he was doing every step of the way. The results are terrific and I was very happy with the workmanship as well as the pleasant personality of my installer. Highly recommend!

Multiple issues with this contractor. I hired them to build some walls and do some carpeting in a commercial space. They started the job, and as they got into it, I noticed some issues with the space that seemed like they were new problems since they started work. I mentioned them, and immediately the contractor denied responsibility and tore into me like I had insulted his child. He accused me of being accusatory, used manipulative tactics, and was extremely rude. Even if the issues were already there (which yes, some of them likely were), there was no reason for that level of gaslighting and defensiveness. To quote his email response, Youve got to be kidding me! Furthermore, he was consistently late to scheduled meetings. They refused to give me an itemized list of charges. I added an extra door, and was charged more than I was quoted without explanation. One of the walls built was built around the middle of a blind track, without taking the blind down, so it had to be cut to be removed (they did remove it - but left the pieces in a mess lying on the floor). The cleanup that I was charged for for the dust left in the space was poor at best. There was varnish on the new carpet in three different places. The end cap put on my counter was scratched up and dirty. Yes, it was a beat up older building and will never look perfect, but the work was just sloppy. While they did address some of my complaints such as an issue with the ceiling, I was made to feel like this was a favor. As far as I was concerned, it was part of my contract. But bottom line - contractor was rude and manipulative, and I would not recommend doing business with this company.
