The tech did more than expected. For example, when he placed the laundry sink back in place, he made sure the faucets which had been frozen were working. He has done extra in the basement to make it look presentable after the waterproofing people did their job. He has made sure that the area where the waterproofing people went through the walls were enclosed. This was not on the original list. He has one more area to complete that task. The bathroom still has the ends to put on the closet. There are other areas that had water damage that could be fixed due to rotting wood that were not on the original lost. Some of this work involves replacing paneling that was destroyed by water. Services: Repair water fixtures, General repairs

We've used this service twice, once on the coldest day of the year for an exterior door installation and then again for shower repair. The Repairman hung tarps and blankets to shield us from the bitter cold as he worked in the elements. I love that they charge by the day or half day. They tell you to have a list of small jobs that need to be done as well, just in case the big job doesn't take all the time you've paid for. I hired The Repairman also as a Mother's Day gift for the MIL so all of the little jobs she asked us to do could be done all at once. This company was very unprofessional and were not on time and they took advantage of me and charged me for work they never finished . They also charged me way more than what he quoted me and never showed up to finish so I had to find someone else and also double pay. Very dissatisfied with this company and so unprofessional. I do not recommend anybody using them unless they want to go through a great deal of stress and complications. I honestly feel like I was ripped off Service: General repairs
