Original: Made everything very easy to handle! Great team. Very much enjoying the new car. EDIT: editing my review after 2 years due to issues I have discovered. I used to be an employee of Gezon. I bought my car from Gezon. Had no issue going back to Gezon. 3 months after purchasing my vehicle I had an unfortunate mishap on the freeway and took out my entire driver's mirror due to a bird. Took it to the bodyshop, got it handled, and told them I'd pay a little extra if while they were at it if they took my passenger mirror (zero issues with it at this point) and painted that cover black so I had black mirror caps. Figure that's easy enough for a VW bodyshop. I paid for it out of pocket $644 because I didn't think messing with insurance was worth it. 5 star review and all is well. About a week ago I noticed my passenger mirror cap was about to fall off as I was driving. Figured a tab popped loose so I touched it and it completely fell off. Then I discovered that every single mounting tab and point on BOTH the base assembly and cap are broken, cracked, or no longer there. Im fact part of the assembly was rattling. I had an appointment set up with another VW shop close to me to check it out as the vehicle is under warranty - i have since cancelled that. If i wouldnt have caught this then i would have been flagged out of warranty as this is blatantly outside influence. THE ONLY thing holding the mirror on was the black JB Weld/Plastic Epoxy they used to straight up epoxy the cover to the inner mirror assembly. There is NOTHING holding the mirror together now so I am stuck either re-epoxying it, or spending another $700 for a new mirror assembly as now I can no longer just put a cover on it. I'm not even taking the car back there as I'm sure "well it's been 2 years, how do you know it was us" is an issue that would be said. The fact that this was on ANY vehicle, let alone an employees vehicle (I was still there at the time) is ABSURD - and I am livid to discover this.
