        James was awesome, exceptional customer service. I recently totaled my car and he made the process of getting into another vehicle very smooth. They are not pushy but are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend Infiniti if you are looking for another vehicle. I was shown how to use all of the new gadgets on my car before driving away. Sorry, no picture with the big red bow but they did offer!!! Thanks for everything, I love the car---Alicia
