Went there on April 2 for an oil change, I usually go to dealer. Caleb at the front desk was very professional, and technicians did a good job. While waiting I observed Caleb dealing with other customers with mechanical problems, and was very impressed with fairness and professionalism he displayed. I grew up in a family who owned service stations, and have not observed that level of commitment in along time.

Caleb was completely unhelpful and lectured me on asking for advice. I came in on an online appointment with explanations of what I knew needed to be done to my 1995 Chevy G20. I mentioned I needed an OBD-1 to read my codes, but no worries if they couldn't do it. I wasn't clear in the descriptions of my car's problems that I didn't want anything fixed, but even after explaining that it didn't seem to come across to him. Caleb told me good luck finding anyone in grand rapids that can read OBD-1, and don't try to do it myself because anything I buy online won't be updated. I asked why I would need an update for a car made in 1995. Didn't have an answer for that. Really seems like a place looking to overcharge for poor service.
