These guys are awesome, had a problem with my tires while in town pulled up to this shop and the guy took a look at it and immediately fixed the problem. I am so thankful because I was literally an hour and a half away from home. They were very friendly. I highly recommend.

We had our car towed to Tuffy on Cascade Road, Grand Rapids, Mi. Due to complications caused by power steering fluid leak. The belt came off, the bolt in the tensioner snapped inside the tensioner. Our car sat in the packed parking lot for several days, now there are scratches from other vehicles moving around our car. The only updates or communication with Tuffy employees were gotten because we called them. After several days of not hearing from them we started calling once a day. After a few days they stopped answering our calls. We were told that employees had not come to work so our car repair wasn't started. This went on for 10 days. During this time we had to use expensive Uber and Lyft numerous times to get to medical appointments. It appeared that other cars with quick fixes were constantly getting priority and our car sat in the parking lot. On day 11 or 12...we were told... the work on the broken bolt got started. On day 15 we were able to get our car back. It was still dripping fluid but that has stopped dripping . We will NEVER bring a car there for repairs again. We were lied to for at least 12 days about them having started the repairs. Don't expect to be updated truthfully about work being done on your car or that your car will be worked on in the order of when it was left there. Service: Engine repair
