I would give this no stars if I could. I bought a 2015 Silverado in 2017 with the 10year/million mile warranty from Kool. The transmission on the truck quit working November 2023. I called Kool because that's who I bought it from, they denied me service to fix it because they don't have any technicians with the knowledge to replace a transmission. So I called a different dealership and told them the situation. That dealership called the warranty company and they said the dealer I bought the truck from has to do the swap. So the dealership called Kool to get my service records and get everything set up, at which case Kool lied to the other dealership about the situation. Kool said I never called or left any voicemails (which I certainly had and was ignored!). So I called Kool back, spoke with the manager, and called him out on it and demanded he do something about it, because they denied me the service and I was not going to wait 3 weeks for him to hire a technician that could to the work. Ended up getting it fixed under warranty at the other dealership. Every time I go in to get my truck serviced there I am treated like an idiot, and seems to be simply because I am a woman, which means I must know absolutely nothing about vehicles. But get treated fairly when my husband comes with me. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering -_-. Now, February 2024, my oil pan is leaking. I called to ask for an estimate to fix it, was told they would have to put it together and would text me the number. This is what I got instead: "Hi, this is Kook Chevrolet. Thanks for reaching out. We believe it would be difficult to maintain a working relationship moving forward based on previous encounters. Another GM dealership might be a better fit. Thank you." Guess they can't keep to their own word or deal with the truth. I will never return to Kool for anything.

Drove 45 minutes on snowy roads for an 8:30am appointment. Arrived around 8:13am waited at the service door for a few minutes before someone came out and told me that the owner had just decided to close for the day. That is such poor service! In cases like this you should be giving your customers a minimum 1 hour notice! I didn't get a call until 8:17am. Who only lives 10 minutes or less from the dealership! I thought Berger Chevrolet was bad, but this is at a whole new level. Now by they time I can get my car over there again, my service warranty will be expired. Update: Next available appointment was February 3rd, 3 weeks away! Update 2: I reserved the appointment that was 3 weeks out from the 1/13 service debacle, then got a call today (1/16) stating that they don't have technicians there on a Saturday that could diagnose my vehicle.
